How can I say this when I’m also addressing myself. Don’t feel guilty about staying in bed. Don’t feel guilty about taking days off, weeks off. Don’t feel guilty about surviving, and maybe even enjoying your life.
Sickness does not have to become you, it doesn’t have to limit you, we’re a different cookie cutter and there’s got to be a way to live.
